Our apartments are in Lido Riccio, the most beautiful seaside area of Ortona, on the Costa dei Trabocchi in Abruzzo. A privileged location that combines being just a few meters from the beach with the tranquility of a residential area surrounded by greenery.

Lido Riccio's sandy beach is just a few metres away: cross Viale Europa and you are on the seafront, less than a 2-minute walk. The seabed slopes gently, ideal and safe for families and children.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking inside the property, reserved for guests of the four apartments (open-air). No need to look for street parking.
How do I get to Lido Riccio?
By car: A14 exit "Ortona", then SS16 north (Francavilla/Pescara) to Viale Europa 36bis, 7-10 minutes. By train: Ortona station, then 4-5 km along the SS16 (about 5 minutes). By plane: Abruzzo Airport (Pescara) 20-25 km away, 20-25 minutes; a taxi costs roughly 40-50€.
Are the apartments close to the centre of Ortona?
We are in Lido Riccio, right by the sea. Ortona's historic centre is about 4-5 km away (5 minutes by car): you need a car or the local bus to reach it, it is not within walking distance. The beach, however, is right in front of the apartments.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, with flexibility if the apartment is ready earlier; we can arrange late arrivals. Check-out by 10:00 am to allow thorough cleaning; a late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.
What documents are required on arrival?
Italian law requires us to collect valid ID documents (identity card or passport) for all guests, minors included, for registration with the police Alloggiati Web portal. You can send them in advance or show them on arrival.
What is included in the stay?
High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with electricity included, bed and bath linen (first set), utilities (water, electricity, gas) and private parking. The apartments are newly renovated and fully furnished.
Is there air conditioning and what TV is provided?
Yes, modern air conditioning in every apartment with electricity included in the rate. Each apartment has a Smart TV with Italian digital channels and access to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube…).
How well equipped is the kitchen?
A brand-new, fully equipped kitchen: hob, fridge with freezer, moka pot, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery sized for the apartment's maximum number of guests.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Absolutely, for children of all ages: a sandy beach just metres away with a gentle seabed, and apartments renovated to current standards. On request we provide a high chair free of charge and, subject to availability, a cot/travel bed.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors (allowed on balconies and terraces using the ashtrays provided). No parties or events. Quiet hours from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. The number of guests may not exceed the apartment's registered beds.
How do I book and where is the best rate?
You can book via the website form, WhatsApp, email or phone; we are also on the main platforms, but booking directly with us always gets you the best rate. Date changes are possible without penalty, subject to availability and seasonal recalculation. We issue a tax receipt or invoice on request.
When is high season and what is the minimum stay?
High season is July and August, with weekly stays (usually Saturday to Saturday); mid season is June and September; low season covers the rest of the year, with a minimum of 2-3 nights. Reduced rates for stays over two weeks and for monthly rentals in autumn and winter.
What is nearby and what can I do?
On the Lido Riccio seafront there are bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias just steps away; supermarkets and pharmacies are in central Ortona (5 minutes). Nearby: the Costa dei Trabocchi and the Via Verde cycle-pedestrian path, Ortona's Aragonese Castle, the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, villages and wineries of Montepulciano and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo.
